Would You Remarry?

Girl: "What would you do if I died? Would you get married again?"

Boy: "Definitely not!"

Girl: "Why not - don't you like being married?"

Boy: "Of course I do."

Girl: "Then why wouldn't you remarry?"

Boy: "Okay, I'd get married again."

Girl: "You would? (with a hurtful look on her face).

Boy: (makes audible groan).

Girl: 'Would you live in our house?'

Boy: 'Sure, it's a great house.'

Girl: 'Would you sleep with her in our bed?'

Boy: 'Where else would we sleep?'

Girl: 'Would you let her drive my car?'

Boy: 'Probably, it is almost new.'

Girl: 'Would you replace my pictures with hers?'

Boy: 'That would seem like the proper thing to do.'

Girl: 'Would you give her my jewellry?'

Boy: 'No, I'm sure she'd want her own.'

Girl: 'Would she wear my shoes?'

Boy: 'No, her size is 6.'

Girl: Silence.................
